Peter Vermeulen (1979) attended the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) and obtained a M.Sc. in Finance in 2007. He worked for a family office as an investment analyst, specializing in commodities, particularly mineral exploration companies. Mr. Vermeulen is co-founder of Plethora Private Equity, advisor to the fund since its launch, and the fund’s manager since 2025.
Sam Walding is the Chief Executive Officer of Plethora Exploration Corp, Plethora Green Energy Corp, and Infinico Metals Corp. He brings over 7 years of mineral exploration experience across Europe and North America, with a strong focus on early-stage project development and strategic resource growth.

Cornel van Eck (1986) attended Law School at the University of Amsterdam and Tilburg (both the Netherlands) and obtained Master Degrees in Criminal Law and Health Care Law. As a Sustainable Development Officer he is responsible for community relations and environmental subjects. He is the point of contact for landowners, community leaders and other stakeholders.
Vasco is a worldwide educated professional. He earned his Master’s degrees in Tax Law and Accounting & Control at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and his MBA at the Hong Kong University. He worked for international firms in London, New York and Hong Kong before he started his own business and cooperate with the Dutch firm. He is a specialist in international tax treaties with a primary focus is on SME’s and in the mining industry.
Thomas Kwant (1986) is responsible for the daily accounting, administrative and legal activities of the incubated companies. He helps the fund to iron out inefficiencies in the finances of the underlying companies and keeps track of expenditures versus budgets on a daily basis. Thomas reports directly to the fund’s management.
