Peter Vermeulen (1979) attended the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) and obtained a M.Sc. in Finance in 2007. He worked for a family office as an investment analyst, specializing in commodities, particularly mineral exploration companies. Mr. Vermeulen is co-founder of Plethora Private Equity, advisor to the fund since its launch, and the fund’s manager since 2025.

He brings over 7 years of mineral exploration experience across Europe and North America, with a strong focus on early-stage project development and strategic resource growth.

Szabi Orbán is Vice President of Exploration for Plethora Exploration Corp, Plethora Green Energy Corp, and Infinico Metals Corp. A Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101, Szabi brings over 8 years of exploration experience across Europe and North America.

Jan-Henk van Konijnenburg

With 28 years in the mining and hydrocarbon industry, Mr. van Konijnenburg is an experienced Business Leader and Non-Executive Director with a passion for safety, and bringing resources and people together. He is motivated by the challenge of our generation to navigate the energy transition, balancing the health of our planet with the development needs of its population.

Tony Donaghy

Technical Advisor

Mr Donaghy has +25 years of experience covering all continents and all aspects of the exploration and mining industry. He is an Internationally recognised nickel expert and holds a BSc (Hons), Associate Diploma of Civil Engineering, P.Geo.

Cornel van Eck

Sustainable Development Officer

Cornel van Eck (1986) attended Law School at the University of Amsterdam and Tilburg (both the Netherlands) and obtained Master Degrees in Criminal Law and Health Care Law. As a Sustainable Development Officer he is responsible for community relations and environmental subjects. He is the point of contact for landowners, community leaders and other stakeholders.

Vasco van der Flier

Chief Financial Officer

Vasco is a worldwide educated professional. He earned his Master’s degrees in Tax Law and Accounting & Control at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and his MBA at the Hong Kong University. He worked for international firms in London, New York and Hong Kong before he started his own business and cooperate with the Dutch firm. He is a specialist in international tax treaties with a primary focus is on SME’s and in the mining industry.

Thomas Kwant

Corporate Secretary

Thomas Kwant (1986) is responsible for the daily accounting, administrative and legal activities of the incubated companies. He helps the fund to iron out inefficiencies in the finances of the underlying companies and keeps track of expenditures versus budgets on a daily basis. Thomas reports directly to the fund’s management.
